Key staff in all Falkirk Council education establishments have been trained. A training programme for all teaching staff is in hand. All pupils and staff will have their Glow accounts this session and Glow account enquiries should be made directly with the school.
Help with Glow username and password
If a staff member has a problem with their Glow username or password they should in the first instance contact their school-based Glow Account Manager (ASM) or Glow Mentor. Where it is not known who the school-based Glow ASM or Glow Mentor are known then an e-mail can be sent to the Falkirk Council ICT Service desk with "Glow account" in the subject box.
