Scripture Union Scotland

Scripture Union (SU) is a worldwide Christian organisation working in around 135 countries.

In Scotland our focus is on helping young people to explore the Christian faith for themselves. We work extensively in schools in every region.

SU Education at our residential centres of Lendrick Muir and Alltnacriche provides a classroom outdoors experience with exciting and innovative activities that bring learning to life. With tree climbing, trail biking, ropes course, archery, team challenges, crate climbing, bouldering, disc golf, beach volleyball and a huge indoor games facility on our 120 acre woodland estate, we have loads to offer.

We work with the Scottish curriculum and aim for ‘Curriculum for Excellence in action’. We want children to develop personal and social skills, to build self-esteem and to learn about their environment and themselves.

We feel that an activity break is a great place to explore the ‘whole person’ and we deliver relevant, interactive, dynamic and inspirational lessons.
