The Institute for Outdoor Learning (IOL) works towards supporting, developing and promoting excellent practice in learning through outdoor experiences.
IOL Scotland encourages outdoor learning by developing quality, safety and opportunity to experience outdoor activity provision and by supporting and enhancing the good practice of those who work in the outdoors. We support these aims with an uncompromising commitment to excellence. IOL Scotland is a key player in representing and lobbying on behalf of the sector. Membership is open to both individuals and organisations.
