
The FSC, an environmental education charity, runs 17 field centres throughout the UK. Each year over 100,000 people and 2500 schools take part in its residential and field courses, which are aimed at schools - primary and secondary - and adults. The FSC is the UK’s leading provider of high-quality fieldwork in science, environmental science, geography and education for sustainable development fieldwork, but it also offers the opportunity to combine these subjects with adventure activities in its Eco-Adventure courses. This unique approach will enable subject specialists to cover curriculum content but also build personal and social development. The Eco-Adventure courses are particularly suitable for upper primary and lower secondary. Kindrogan, the FSC’s centre in Perthshire, offers the full range of courses, which can either have a fixed or flexible content.
