Minimum Specification
Global Footprint Calculator is best viewed with Flash 8 or higher.
It is preferable to view this resource with only one browser window open, to avoid possible loss of user data.
Troubleshooting
The first time you open the log screen, a dialogue box may appear requesting permission to store information on your computer. It is recommended that you select 'Allow' so that the full functionality of the calculator is available.
If the user scores are NOT being stored it may be that your system is set up to block access to saving the data. To solve this issue:
Right click on the log-in screen to access 'Macromedia Flash Player Settings'
Open the 'local storage' tab
Select 'Allow'
Increase the slider to 10 KB minimum (preferably unlimited).
If the user scores STOP being stored, it may be that the calculator has run out of allowed storage space. To increase the storage space:
Right click on the log-in screen to access 'Macromedia Flash Player Settings'
Open the 'local storage' tab
Increase the slider to 100 KB minimum (preferably unlimited).
Alternatively, if the user scores not appearing - check that you do not have other browser windows open. Close if necessary
Screen not displaying correctly
There are known issues when using Flash 7 on OSX with Safari, Firefox or Netscape browsers. To rectify this issue download and install the latest version.
