Creative Scotland is the national leader for Scotland’s arts, screen and creative industries.
They invest in talented people and exciting ideas and develop the creative industries and champion everything that’s good about Scottish creativity.
Creative Scotland lead the Cultural Village at SLF 2011 which showcased arts, culture and creativity at the very heart of learning.
The Global Citizenship Village brings together a wide range of activity, expertly described by teachers from primary and secondary schools across Scotland. These practitioners helped on the village, showcasing their work, discussing resources and ideas used in their teaching and learning.
The Global Citizenship Village focuses on Developing Global Citizens, and features International Education, Sustainable Development, Citizenship, and the Confucius Classrooms programme.
