Seminar Description

Strong leadership is critical to a successful school. Success comes from aiming high with the clear vision, ethos and communication that good leadership brings. This seminar will highlight how one school built an ethos of collegiality and developed leadership throughout the school.

Graham Boyd
Science – moving towards Charter Teacher – interest in self evaluation of classroom practice

Anthea Clarke
Non teacher -  involved in Anger Management Sessions, ASN, parental support.

David Forbes
Acting PT Literacy – working to promote literacy on a whole school basis and involved in Primary School initiative.

Anne Holt
Former APT Science – involved in Outdoor Education, Primary Science.

Maureen (Mo) Howie
Acting PT Physical Education – leading the most improved dept in the school.

Mary McCulloch
Classroom Assistant – involved in driving forward the Alternative flexible Curriculum.

Donna McLean
Mathematics (former NQT of Grange now in 3rd year of teaching) - involved in the FLaT Mathematics programme.
