| Seminar Description | For any change in education to be successful, there have to be three vital ingredients 2. A Workable Model: for identifying differences in teaching and learning styles, providing a suitable framework for application in the classroom and developing an action plan 3. The Transformation: to establish practical guidelines for changing a teacher-centred traditional classroom situation into an exciting, student-centred learning environment suitable for any age group. When style differences are understood and teaching styles are matched with students’ learning needs in daily classroom situations, educators will experience less stress or burnout and more job satisfaction. But most importantly, this kind of change is sustainable and ‘The School of the Future’ will have a positive impact on students’ behaviour and academic performance. |
