CodeS2B
Seminar DateWednesday 24 September

Duration45 minutes
Seminar Description

The CPD Scotland project is helping change the ways that educators reflect on, identify and carry out their continuing professional development.

This seminar will examine how the project is:

  • helping bring together educators and CPD providers through the national database of CPD opportunities, CPDFind
  • using collaborative tools on Glow and the LTScotland online service to provide innovative and flexible CPD opportunities
  • developing the CPDReflect toolkit to help self-evaluation and the maintenance of CPD plans, records and portfolios.

The CPD Reflect toolkit is an online initiative being developed by a partnership of Learning and Teaching Scotland and the National CPD team. The toolkit is due for launch in autumn 2008 and for many colleagues, this will be the first opportunity to see CPD Reflect in action.
