| Seminar Description | In this session, representatives from the Expressive Arts and Technologies Excellence Groups will cover their findings, and consider the common themes of creativity and innovation which permeate across these two curriculum areas: - the importance of creative teaching approaches
- developing creative skills in our young people
- assessment which takes creativity into account
- the connections with the needs of the economy
The session will also consider how creativity can be used as a driver for interdisciplinary learning. The new Learning and Teaching Scotland resource on the Charles Jencks Fife Earth Project demonstrates the creative connections between the arts and technologies. |
