Leadership in a Time of Change

CodeS1C
Seminar DateWednesday 23 September
Start Time13:00
Duration45 minutes
Seminar Description

The session will draw on the experiences of a panel of four Heads and Deputes recognised for their leadership skills.

They will look at differing views of leadership and discuss those most likely to deliver the challenges set by the Curriculum for Excellence. It will be an excellent opportunity to debate the current hot topics arising out of the latest developments in the CfE programme in terms of the Leadership agenda.

It follows from the leadership session run by SLS at the 2008 Learning Festival but this time it will focus more particularly in the delivery needs of the CfE. It will also draw on the experiences of inspection.

This will help participants to identify their own priorities and to develop solutions which are appropriate to their own circumstances in the light of the experiences of other colleagues.
