This seminar will look at 2 key aspects of modern education- how to motivate the class and deliver effective CPD. With techniques drawn from Accelerated Learning, Critical Skills, Co-operative Learning and Self Empowered Learning, participants will leave with practical ideas on how to engage and motivate classes and pupils. Participants will also gain insight into a successful CPD model which leads to the creation of Teacher Learning Communities within the school. These communities will help to create a supportive forum for staff to share good practice and hold meaningful discussion on educational matters.
