The DSM Review - Possibilities, Reactions and Realities

David Cameron (former Director of Education in Stirling and President of ADES) was commissioned by the Scottish Government to undertake an independent review of Devolved School Management procedures in Scottish Schools.  The review has proven to be more complex and challenging than it first appeared.  In this session, David will explore why it has been so challenging and look at what the process tells us about the barriers to making change in Scottish Education.  He will also report on his recommendations and the thinking that lies behind them.
