| Seminar Description | In this seminar delegates will be given an update on child protection practice drawing out strong connections with school issues such as internet safety, bullying and young runaways. The session will demonstrate how the Getting it right for every child approach is supporting developments in child protection and draw from the priorities identified in the early years framework. The aim is to update delegates on national activity as applicable in a school setting to support children and young people who may be facing child protection issues and to ensure all pupils are supported to achieve the four capacities and fulfil their full potential. This will be a timely seminar in view of the current review of child protection guidelines. |
