These 2- or 3-minute podcasts can be an interesting and fun way for kids to learn the basics of a language over three months in addition to work in class. You could use them in class or let the students know they exist for their own use at home.
The GerGerman podcast is suitable for Higher and Advanced Higher, covering such subjects as the relative pronoun, possession and linking verbs.
Probably the most well-known German language podcast and not specifically for learners. Annik talks though some of the fun things in her life in a very clear podcast, ideal for Advanced Higher listening material – or for teachers wanting to listen to authentic German.
