Maryhill Burgh Halls' regeneration

Introduction

John Paul Academy is a secondary school in the north of Glasgow. The school was approached by the company Space Unlimited, who were working on behalf of the Maryhill Burgh Halls Trust. It had been commissioned to work with pupils from John Paul Academy and Cleveden Secondary School.

Eleven pupils from S3 were involved in various workshops focusing on the project to regenerate Maryhill Burgh Halls. The Trust wanted the pupils to look at ways that the Halls would become the cornerstone of the community.
