Designing healthy eating posters

Johnstonebridge Primary preparation

Lesley Aitken is head teacher at Johnstonebridge Primary. In today's environmental studies lesson, her class is using Textease to produce posters about healthy eating. The posters feature photographs of the fruit trees that the pupils planted two years ago in the school courtyard. Each month the pupils have recorded, on a spreadsheet, information about the growth of the trees.
