Dunbar Grammar School - Helping senior pupils with research

Introduction

Dunbar Grammar School is a comprehensive school situated in Dunbar, a coastal town 30 miles east of Edinburgh.

There are 750 pupils aged 11-18 on the roll. The school population has increased in the last few years. It will continue to do so as a result of the house building in the local area.

The class involved in the case study was the Higher History class of 18 pupils.
