Dingwall Academy and deaf awareness

The school has a base which provides for pupils with severe to profound hearing loss. It aims to ensure that these pupils are included in mainstream provision, that they are fully involved in the life of the school and that they achieve their full potential. As part of the school's inclusive practices, senior deaf pupils deliver deaf awareness training to 10 S1 PSE classes.
