More about the author
Judit is working in Lossiemouth High School as Principal Teacher, MFL, and is originally from a village in Catalonia, Spain.
Before moving to Moray, she taught in Evesham High School, Worcestershire, for two years and also worked for East Renfrewshire Council for two years.
She has a very strong commitment to AifL within the classroom and believes it has a pivotal role in the teaching of languages.
She says, 'ICT is an invaluable tool to work with authentic materials, consider the student’s own culture and compare it with the cultures of the countries where the target language is spoken and even to identify with the experiences and perspectives of people in these countries and communities.'
Since she started training in Critical Skills she has implemented the methodology in her teaching practice and it has proved to be very successful with clear links to Curriculum for Excellence.
