Young children learn most effectively through play. By bringing the inside nursery out and providing exciting and challenging activities, children become eager and active learners. Barassie Nursery Class provides a broad range of stimulating outdoor activities reflecting a balanced 3-5 curriculum.

Children learn in a holistic way and do not distinguish between work and play. They learn at their own pace and in their own way and as educators we can stimulate and support learning by tuning into and discussing children’s ideas and also by providing relevant and appropriate resources.
