This course provides introductory training on the Inventor solid modelling software package and incorporates a visit to BAE Systems Scotstoun Yard to observe graphic communication software application in building warships. Training is aimed at Intermediate 2 level.
The aims of this course are:
to provide information and training which can be used in teaching Graphic Communication Computer Aided Design
to provide tuition at introductory level in the use of the solid modelling (Inventor) computer software
to supply information about industrial applications and career opportunities for students
