Personal Professional Development – Interviewing Skills

For many applicants the interview is a major hurdle. Although they may have the qualifications, experience and a proven track record they may lose out to a candidate who ‘interviews better’! This course looks at techniques which allow the candidate to be well prepared and confident during the interview process.

The aims of the course are:

  • to improve interview techniques at all levels

  • to work with business and education managers to enhance personal development

  • to learn by doing in workshops

  • to recognise the importance of feedback

  • to provide information about career opportunities for students.
