For many applicants the interview is a major hurdle. Although they may have the qualifications, experience and a proven track record they may lose out to a candidate who ‘interviews better’! This course looks at techniques which allow the candidate to be well prepared and confident during the interview process.
The aims of the course are:
to improve interview techniques at all levels
to work with business and education managers to enhance personal development
to learn by doing in workshops
to recognise the importance of feedback
to provide information about career opportunities for students.
