Achieving the best start in life: learning from international reviews

How can local authorities and their partners ensure that young children are given the ‘best start in life’? What is required at a national level to support them in developing services which meet the needs of the ‘whole child’ with body, mind, creativity, history and social identity?

This major conference will be held in the run up to the publication of the final Early Years and Early Intervention Framework and ten year strategy currently being prepared by the Scottish Government and the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities.
