The Scottish Learning Festival is the largest annual conference and exhibition on the Scottish education calendar.
It offers a conference programme packed with stimulating keynote addresses, expert-led spotlights and seminars from practitioners.
The exhibition features 200 organisations, as well as the Scottish Education Village and the Learning in Practice area. New opportunities for interaction are provided this year through a series of Topic Surgeries, and the Education Showcase will host launches, demonstrations, and performances.
The main theme of this year’s event is Curriculum for Excellence, with a focus on outcomes and experiential learning and innovation in the curriculum. This is supported by the delivery of Glow, the national education intranet currently being rolled out across Scotland.
The Scottish Learning Festival contributes to continuing professional development, sharing innovative practice for the classroom, and is a showcase for new teaching resources for the 21st century.
The full programme and latest information are available on the Scottish Learning Festival website.
