| Seminar Description | There is a huge range of contemporary children’s writing being produced in Scotland, but how do you choose the best books to use with your pupils? Using contemporary Scottish books is an ideal way to ‘develop their own sense of the creative forces in Scottish culture’ by engaging with work created expressly for them. This primary-focused Topic Surgery will discuss some of the initiatives that exist to support teachers in the classroom. |
