Seminar Description

Activity levels in these two leadership communities of practice are at world beating levels.

A major area of interest in the online discussions and also in online resources is a “Curriculum for Excellence”.

This presentation will examine the contribution the communities have made to the development of a “Curriculum for Excellence” and in particular how being able to discuss issues with colleagues on a national and international scale has challenged members to think differently about the curriculum, and encouraged them to plan and act in new ways.

The presentation will also review why the communities have been so successful overall and what lessons can be learnt for the future including in establishing National Glow Groups.
