Seminar Description

Inclusive, shared and dynamic leadership rooted in practical knowledge.

Hear the views of a panel of Secondary Heads and Deputes sharing their views about the reality of leadership today.

How do you balance teaching and learning demands with being an enterprising, health promoting, sustainable developing eco-school at the cutting edge of Curricullum for Excellence developments and qualifications while involved in effective inter-agency working?

What about managing people, resources, being politically aware and keeping abreast of development and initiatives?

If you want some answers to these questions and others ask the panel who are trying to do the job every day.
