CodeB2F
Seminar DateThursday 25 September
Start Time09:30
Duration45 minutes
Seminar Description

This is a practical, hands-on seminar where practitioners will have the opportunity to navigate 'live' the National Qualifications Online website. The website contains a wide range of resources, many of which are downloadable and interactive, which practitioners will be shown how to access and view.

The potential for support from National Qualifications Online, as Curriculum for Excellence evolves, will be explored. The seminar will provide an interactive demonstration by the NQ team of how to find resources for NQs, and will include examples of innovative new materials for secondary schools and colleges. Experienced practitioners will demonstrate how easy it is to combine the materials to create engaging, interactive lessons.

Information on recent additions to the National Qualifications Online resource database will be available. In addition, the benefits to be had from using the resources for National Qualifications (NQs) on the LT Scotland online service will be demonstrated and the opportunities for sharing resources through Glow will be explored. Places at this seminar will be limited due to its 'hands on' nature, so book early!
