Programme for Transformational Change
The school has created a plan which will develop a culture that motivates staff and pupils to become enterprising individuals willing to take risks to improve themselves, the school and the community.
Through leadership and enterprise they will develop leadership skills and enterprising attitudes in staff and pupils. They will establish an ethos that challenges and supports staff, pupils and parents to develop self confidence, high expectations, accept personal responsibility and respect for others.
In addition, Fraserburgh Academy will develop skills for work through additional vocational opportunities and learning experiences.
