If you don’t have PowerPoint installed, it is still possible to view presentations by downloading a PowerPoint Viewer. Visit the help page for instructions.
Excel files icon Excel File
To view an Excel file you will need to have MS Excel installed on your machine. Click on the name of the Excel spreadsheet to open it.
Access files icon Access Database
To open or save an Access file you will need to have MS Access installed on your machine. Click on the name of the Access database to save it to your computer.
