This teaching pack from Health Scotland is designed for use with children aged 7-9 years-old and aims to help them develop their knowledge and understanding of 'healthy teeth in healthy mouths'.

It provides classroom materials, lesson plans and photocopiable worksheets and encourages children to take responsibility for their own oral health through a contract promising to try to cut down on sugary drinks and snacks and brush their teeth twice every day.

An information leaflet for distribution to parents is also included.
