| Description | Dynamo Games Ltd is a mobile-phone game developer established by Stuart Reid, Stuart Anderson and Brian McNichol. The company received a £4000 expansion loan from PSYBT in June 2004. The company recently landed a contract with Eidos, the creator of Lara Croft and Tomb Raider, to develop a version of the bestselling football game Championship Manager for mobile phones. Dynamo was selected to create Championship Manager 5 Solo after showing a prototype management game for mobiles to Eidos, now part of SCI Entertainment. The company declined to put a value on the contract, but Championship Manager has sold more than five million copies since it was launched in 1992. Dynamo's aim is to develop high quality mobile-phone games in the management and strategy genre. The three directors are all Applied Computing graduates from Dundee University. An entrepreneurial module has been completed by two of the partners. |
