This table outlines resource details
Resource Details
Description

These protocols are all relevant to the Higher Biotechnology syllabus. All those involving microbes adhere to the SSERC Code of Practice in Microbiology (2002), a copy of which is included in this pack.

Web page references are supplied as appropriate and can be consulted, should further technical assistance be required.

This resource is intended to be printed out and given to students, so blank pages are inserted to facilitate double-sided photocopying. No photos are included as they do not photocopy well. Students can record all practical activities in a notebook.
