PDF FileTo view a PDF file you will need to have Acrobat Reader installed on your machine. This can be freely downloaded from the Adobe website. Click on the name of the PDF file to open it.
Text-only versionViewing a text-only version of a PDF file can be useful if you wish to edit it or view the contents using assistive technologies. Find help on editing PDF files.
Word FileTo view a Word file you will need to have MS Word installed on your machine. Click on the name of the Word document to open it.
PowerPoint FileTo view a PowerPoint file you will need to have MS PowerPoint installed on your machine. Click on the name of the PowerPoint presentation to open it. If you don’t have PowerPoint installed, it is still possible to view presentations by downloading a PowerPoint Viewer. Visit the help page for instructions.
Excel FileTo view an Excel file you will need to have MS Excel installed on your machine. Click on the name of the Excel spreadsheet to open it.
Access DatabaseTo open or save an Access file you will need to have MS Access installed on your machine. Click on the name of the Access database to save it to your computer.
