Additional Support Needs Tribunals for Scotland (ASNTS) is a non-departmental public body sponsored by the Scottish Government. It was established as a result of the Education (Additional Support for Learning) (Scotland) Act 2004 to hear references from parents and young people on their co-ordinated support plan when there is disagreement between them and their local authority. ASNTS has been in existence since November 2005.
