
The Trans-Organic project was a 12-week course attended by senior pupils studying art and design in South Lanarkshire secondary schools. The schools had been offered a choice of design disciplines and chose jewellery, textiles and digital design. Some pupils worked after school and others within school time.

The project culminated in an exhibition of the pupils' work at the Museum of Scottish Country Life, East Kilbride.
