A comprehensive online collection of integrated music modules,  which comprises of audio, text and image files.These provide activities covering listening, performing and composing. The website also provides lesson and teachers' notes and an extensive list of web links.

MusicWorks with the RSAMD - performances for students of NQ music

A range of performances by students of the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama are accompanied  by a series of interviews. The pieces chosen cover a variety of styles, genres and instrumental groupings.

Scottish Traditional Music: Teacher’s Resource

This three audio CD set features 108 tracks of performances played on traditional instruments including accordion, clarsach, fiddle, guitar, highland bagpipes, piano, whistle and flute, as well as Gaelic and Scots song.

MusicWorks 2 with the RSAMD

This resource shows performances of traditional Scottish music by students of the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama and also includes interviews with the performers. There is also information on Scottish folklore.

Learn Listening Online

An interactive resource to improve students' knowledge and listening skills. In the Access 3 - Intermediate 2 section, students can learn about Scottish styles, forms, structures and instruments while listening to the accompanying sound files.
