Scarce O Tatties

This is a well-known jig, written on the bagpipe scale:

This tune is based in A minor and uses the double-tonic - a common feature of Scottish tunes. The key signature will not help to identify the key note of this tune but the last note of each phrase can sometimes be helpful for identifying this. The double-tonic means, as it suggests, that the tune switches between two notes as the tonic.
