Part 2:
Reading Scales

 

Reading a scale can present problems, but many students find making up their own scale from scratch more difficult. This exercise will make that task a little easier.

The main point to remember is that the graph must not be of postage stamp size, but should take up a fair bit of the available paper (if being drawn by hand) and be clear.
