The software automatically starts the vertical axis at 0, but this is not a requirement of a line graph.
The axis can start at any convenient place, so long as it does not distort the data it is trying to portray.

So we can opt to change the origin from 0 to, say, 4 and get the following result, which displays the data much more clearly. Differences in values become much more obvious.
