Opening a data table

Once you have the file Films open you have to open the data table to access the information. Double-click to open the Access data table, Film times.

Try this simple exercise to open the data table.

This is an activity to try on your computer
  1. Double-click on the data table Film times.
  2. A smaller window will open on top of the one titled Films: Database.

    This is the Film times: Table window.

  3. Close this window using this Close button.
  4. Open and close the Film times: Table several times till you can double-click easily.
  5. Now close the Film times: Table window.
  6. Close the Microsoft Access window using this Close button.

Go through the two steps in opening up the Film times: Table until you are confident with this procedure. Make sure that you finish with both windows closed.
