NQ online continues to build upon its collection of useful websites. Every month, one of these new web links is given the accolade of website of the month.

This month's recommendation, Teach ICT.com, hosts a wide range of free teaching, revision and learning material. It caters for both teachers and students, featuring a collection of video tutorials, lesson ideas, worksheets and quizzes, all for a variety of educational levels.
NQ: latest added educational websites
Following the announcement made on 24 April, Fiona Hyslop MSP, Scottish Government Cabinet Secretary for Education and Lifelong Learning, has launched the formal consultation process on a review of National Qualifications in the context of Curriculum for Excellence.

This consultation sets out a range of proposals designed to ensure that National Qualifications fully reflect Curriculum for Excellence and equip Scottish young people for the demands of the 21st century.
The document will be accompanied by a series of events and seminars to give the education and wider community a chance to discuss the issues involved.
Consultation on the Next Generation of National Qualifications in Scotland
With over 170 seminars taking place at this year’s festival, Learning and Teaching Scotland has put together a range of downloadable pathway brochures which feature activities grouped by subject area or topic.

The brochures include all activities relevant to particular subject areas or topics including keynotes, spotlights, seminars, Education Showcase activities and Scottish Education Village presentations.
