As a newly qualified teacher you have a huge amount of skills, enthusiasm and experience to offer to an employer, both from your teacher training and from your life and work before teaching. The challenge is finding the right opportunities for you and then persuading the employer of the value you can add to their organisation.
As job hunters you cannot control the type or volume of opportunities that are available but you can control how you approach your job hunt to increase your chances of success.
