Help for employers on new curriculum

08 September 2010

The Scottish Government has announced that Scottish employers are being given information about what Curriculum for Excellence means for them in a brochure and website launched by Education Secretary Michael Russell on 6 September.

Mr Russell launched the resources during a visit to the I-Sea project at the Scottish Maritime Museum, which saw second year pupils work with a local regeneration company and museum to put on an exhibition about the sea.

The business-focused brochure and website are designed to help employers understand the benefits of engaging with young people through Curriculum for Excellence and encourage them to get involved.
