LTS and HMIE have a number of Good Practice conferences planned prior to the Christmas and New Year holidays, each designed to consider the implementation of Curriculum for Excellence across a variety of subjects.
On November 3 and 4, the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Glasgow will play host to the Inspiring! conference, looking at the role that expressive arts plays within the new curriculum. Across the two days, delegates will enjoy key note speeches from Eric Booth, leading expressive arts and education consultant in the USA, Joan Parr, Head of Education at the Scottish Arts Council, Aileen Monaghan and Graham Norris from HMIE and famed Scottish poet and playwright, Liz Lochhead.
