This database has been designed with ease of searching in mind. There are a number of categories by which you can refine your search.

As the database is still in the early stages, we suggest you search under one or two criteria areas to start with. If the results you receive are to large to browse through, you can re-define your search to give more specific results.

Most users will probably want to enter ‘Educational Level’ as one of the search criteria. Please remember the levels are based on the reviewers own experience and personal opinion of each book. Some books may be suitable under more than one level, so try expanding your search if your first try is not successful.

The themes and genre areas is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all potential areas covered in a novel but rather a listing of the most common themes in modern teenage literature today.

As this database is interactive, we welcome your thought and opinions. If you have any suggestions about the database, please get in touch using the email address below.
