Help with writing and speaking

There are a number of information and communication technologies that can provide assistance to people who require additional support with writing and speaking. This section gives some introductory information on a number of these technologies as well as links to more detailed information.

Speech-to-text voice recognition

Voice-recognition software can help people who find typing or using a mouse difficult, or who have a dyslexia-related difficulty, such as with spelling.
