Getting it right for every child: Summary Report on the Consultation Responses
This is the Summary Report on responses to the draft Children's Services (Scotland) Bill. The bill is in two parts. Part 1 is about the roles and responsibilities of all agencies to identify need and to act to help children. Part 2 is about proposed changes to the Children's Hearings system.
