Preparation: Flash animations to teach chemistry

The Flash movie takes approximately 20 hours to produce. The work is carried out mainly over the weekend but Mr Watson manages to have it completed in time for the next lesson.
Kelso High School has a licence for Macromedia Flash and Mr Watson uses an iMac at home along with an iMac connected to a Promethean interactive whiteboard at school, which means the class can see the animations clearly and he can teach the lesson ‘from the front’.
