The Winning Theory

The whole concept is based on the Winning Theory developed by Winning Enterprise’s Yehuda Shinar.  Research conducted by Shinar and Winning Enterprises over many years has found winners are committed to a concrete, systematic and pragmatic thought pattern with distinct rules. Winning is therefore a skill which anyone can learn, practice and improve.

The winning game debriefing

Debriefing is key

Debriefing is the key to The Winning Game.  It helps players continually improve by asking them the following four questions all the time:

  • What did I want to achieve?
  • What actually happened?
  • What caused the gap?
  • What am I going to do about it next time?
